Smart Sourcing
We start with pre-sorted industrial and post-consumer waste film from the same trusted suppliers we’ve worked with for years. Each load passes a quick-fire quality check before it even hits the floor—no surprises, just reliable feedstock.

Slice, Splash & Shine
Baled film goes through our mega-mill, emerging as neat flakes. Next stop: a high-energy wash line that kicks out wood, metals, rigid plastics, dust, glue, and labels. Think of it as a power shower that leaves every flake squeaky-clean and production-ready.
From pellets to consistent, ready-to-use regranulate.
Precision Pelletizing
Washed and dried flakes flow straight into our EREMA line with dual automatic filtration. Result? Ultra-pure, perfectly cut pellets that keep dots and specks out of your end product.
QC & Homogenization
Every batch (a full 23-ton truckload) is lab-tested, color-matched, and blended in our homogenizing silo. You get rock-steady melt flow, shade, and density—vital for smooth, no-drama runs whether you’re blowing film or extruding profiles. 30 years of film blowing know-how packed into a process that puts consistency first, so your lines stay fast, stable, and stress-free.

We ship in big bags on pallets — approx. 1.100 kg each, size 1,2 × 1,2 × 2,2 m. If you need outdoor storage, we can add a protective cover and stretch wrap – just tell us.
A full load is 21 big bags — roughly 23.5 t net.
Absolutely. Every big bag is inspected before homogenising, and the final batch undergoes another round of tests — visual check, film sample, MFI measurement. All under our ISO-certified quality control system.
We can usually deliver a sample within 48 hours, typically in 2–3 days. Exact timing depends on sample size and the destination country.
We usually deliver full truckloads (23.5 t) due to shipping costs. Smaller quantities are possible upon agreement, with a minimum of 5 tons.
If the material is in stock, delivery can be arranged within a few days. Otherwise, lead time depends on available production capacity — usually up to 14 days. Our production and logistics run on monthly planning, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
To some extent, we can select the desired color and material properties, but as this is recycled material, values will always be within a certain tolerance range.
No, our materials are not intended for the production of films for food contact.

- Regular partners: 14–30 days payment terms (upon approval by Euler Hermes) or as agreed.
